We encourage it! Jewelry and gemstones passed down through generations add meaning and history to your piece. We’ll carefully inspect them and offer thoughtful recommendations on how to beautifully incorporate the old with the new.

No worries at all. Before you approve the final design, we’ll make as many adjustments as needed to ensure it’s exactly what you envisioned.

Once the design is approved, please allow about 4 weeks for us to craft and deliver your finished piece.

Once your design is finalized and you have approve it, a 50% deposit is required to begin creating your piece. The remaining balance is due at pickup or before delivery.

Custom pieces are made just for you, based on your ideas and our time and craftsmanship, so they are generally not returnable. If you have concerns, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

All custom jewelry includes a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Bring it in any time for free inspections and cleanings. We also offer lifetime care plans for regular service and maintenance to keep your piece looking like new.
