Most watch battery replacements are done while you wait. Walk in, hand us your watch, and we'll have it running again before you leave. No appointment needed.
We carry batteries for virtually every quartz watch, including standard sizes and specialty batteries for brands like Invicta that require non-standard cells. We also service solar-powered watches like Citizen Eco-Drive and Seiko Solar, which use rechargeable cells that lose capacity over time.
Every battery replacement includes a 1-year warranty. If the battery fails within a year, we'll replace it at no cost.

Mechanical Watch Service
Mechanical watches, whether hand-wound or automatic, require periodic servicing to stay accurate and running smoothly. This includes disassembly, cleaning, lubrication, regulation, and reassembly of the movement.
Mechanical watch service is handled by our AWCI Certified Watchmaker based in Kansas City. AWCI (American Watchmakers-Clockmakers Institute) certification is the industry's highest standard for watchmaking competency. Our partner services brands including Rolex, Omega, Breitling, Grand Seiko, Oris, Longines, and TAG Heuer, as well as vintage timepieces and pocket watches.
Your watch stays in our hands and on our insurance until it's delivered to our certified partner, and it's returned to us for your pickup. Whether it's a modern automatic that needs a routine service or a family heirloom pocket watch that hasn't run in decades, we can get it ticking again.

Most battery replacements are done while you wait, typically in just a few minutes. Some watches with specialty backs or water-resistant seals may take a bit longer. Either way, most customers are in and out the same visit.
No. We do not replace batteries in smartwatches like Apple Watch or Samsung Galaxy Watch. These require manufacturer service. We service quartz, solar, and mechanical watches only.
Yes. We sell watch batteries individually if you'd prefer to do it yourself. Just bring in your watch or the old battery so we can match the correct size and type.
It's a one-time purchase that covers every future battery replacement for that watch, for life. When the battery dies, bring it in and we'll replace it at no charge. It's the best value for watches you plan to wear for years.
No. Walk into our Boonville showroom during business hours. Battery replacements are done while you wait. For other repairs, we'll take in your watch, evaluate it, and provide a timeline.
Yes. Solar-powered watches use rechargeable cells that lose capacity over time. We replace these cells and restore the watch to full charging capability.

The warranty covers the specific repair or battery replacement we performed. If a battery dies, a crystal cracks along the seal, or a band pin we replaced fails within one year, we'll fix it at no cost. Damage from drops, water exposure, or normal wear is not covered.
