Jewelry Repair in Boonville
Your jewelry represents milestones, accomplishments, and memories. We don't take that lightly. Gordon Jewelers has been repairing jewelry for 80 years, and our master jeweler has spent over 40 of those years perfecting his craft. Every repair that leaves our bench meets the same standard: if it's not right, it's not ready.
Transparency From Start to Finish
Our Process
Before we ever pick up a tool, we document everything. Your piece is photographed, its condition is recorded, and every detail is noted. This protects you and ensures nothing is overlooked.
-
Take-In
We document the piece, photograph it from multiple angles, and record its current condition, including any existing wear, damage, or loose stones. This happens before anything else.
-
Inspection
Our jeweler examines every detail of the piece, looking beyond the original reason for the visit. If there's a worn prong, a thin spot in the band, or a loose stone you didn't notice, we'll find it.
-
Communication
If our jeweler discovers something during inspection that wasn't part of the original request, we contact you before any additional work is done. No surprises, no unauthorized repairs.
-
Repair
Work is performed by our master jeweler with over 40 years of experience. Your jewelry stays in our hands and on our insurance throughout the entire process.
-
Quality Check
Every repair is scrutinized before it's returned to you. We are our own biggest critics. If it's not right, it's not ready.
