- Minimum PurchaseQualifying engagement ring purchases of $2,500 or more.
- Original PurchaserThe guarantee applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- One-Time ExchangeValid for one style exchange per eligible purchase.
- First Year WindowExchange must be completed within one year of the original purchase date.
- Mounting OnlyThe guarantee covers the mounting only. It does not include the center diamond, cash refunds, or loss or damage.
- Compatible SettingThe new ring selected must be compatible with the original center diamond.
If your original ring included a Signature Maintenance Agreement, that agreement will be canceled and reissued on the new ring.
