30 Day Return
We offer 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for proper packing, insurance, and return shipping cost. If you are unclear on how to pack your item, contact us at hello@gordonjewelers.com or call/text 660-882-5512.
Returns After 30 Days
If more than 30 days have passed, you may still exchange your item or receive store credit for up to 60 days from the original purchase date. Store credit never expires.
Return Eligibility
Most items are eligible for return or exchange. However, the following must apply:
- Item must be in its original condition
- Rings resized by Gordon Jewelers are eligible
- Watches must include original box, paperwork, tags, and certificates
- Items altered or repaired by jewelers other than Gordon Jewelers are not eligible
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items altered or repaired by jewelers other than Gordon Jewelers
- Custom jewelry, including items created through our ring builder or custom design service
- Items with personalized engravings
- Special orders for products which are not stocked in-store or online.
- Drinkware or cookware
- Clearance jewelry
- Gift cards
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Exchanges
Need something else? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

How to Make a Return
- Have your order number available and click "Start Your Return" to fill out a return request.
- We will review your request, and reachout if we have any questions.
- When approved, properly pack your item in its original box. Include all paperwork, tags, and certificates.
- Ship your item back to us
- Your refund or store credit will be processed once we receive your package.
