Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all sales, purchases, use of, exposure to, or participation in G Jewelers LLC’s products, services, and content (collectively, the “Offerings”), whether purchased or accessed:

  1. In our retail stores

  2. Online at gordonjewelers.com

  3. Through third-party channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok

  4. Via any mobile app, social media shop, marketplace integration, or other platform we support

  5. In conjunction with any repair, appraisal, custom-design, or other service we provide

By accessing or using any Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase any Offering.

1. Scope & Acceptance

1.1 Binding Agreement. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and G Jewelers LLC. They cover all transactions, content, and interactions across every sales channel and service.
1.2 Changes. We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version at gordonjewelers.com/terms. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase jewelry or services. If you are 13–17, you may only purchase with a parent or guardian’s consent, and no one under 13 may provide personal data.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance. All orders placed in-store, online, or via social channels are offers to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order—whether for product availability, pricing errors, or at our discretion.
3.2 Pricing. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars, exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling. We may adjust prices or impose purchase limits at any time.
3.3 Payment Methods. We accept credit/debit cards, Shopify Payments, Cash/Check(in-store only), and third-party processors (e.g. PayPal, Klarna). You authorize us and our processors to verify and charge your payment method for all Fees.

4. Intellectual Property & Media Use

4.1 Ownership. All Offerings—text, graphics, logos, images, video, audio, and software—are owned or licensed by G Jewelers LLC and protected by U.S. and international IP laws.
4.2 No Unauthorized Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Offerings without our prior written consent. This prohibition applies equally to media shared on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other channel.
4.3 Moral Rights & Waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive any “moral rights” in content we create (photos, videos, designs) and grant us the right to use, modify, and sublicense that content for any purpose.
4.4 User Submissions. Any reviews, photos, videos, or feedback you submit become our property. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your submissions in any medium worldwide.

5. Third-Party Platforms & Links

5.1 Third-Party Sales. When you purchase via Facebook Shops, Instagram Checkout, TikTok Shopping, or other platforms, those transactions remain governed by these Terms, even if additional platform rules apply.
5.2 Links. We may link to external sites or resources. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices.

6. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, labor disputes, supply shortages, shipping delays from the shipper, government actions, or internet outages).

7. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

7.1 Notice. If you believe our Offerings infringe your copyright, send a DMCA notice to hello@gordonjewelers.com with:

  • Your signature and contact information

  • Identification of the copyrighted work and the location of infringing material

  • A statement of good-faith belief and accuracy under penalty of perjury
    7.2 Counter-Notice. If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a written counter-notice including your contact info, a statement of good-faith belief, and consent to jurisdiction. We will restore content within 10–14 business days unless a court order intervenes.

8. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Offerings will be resolved by binding arbitration in Missouri under the American Arbitration Association’s rules. You and G Jewelers LLC each waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

9.1 Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, G Jewelers LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product or service. We disclaim all indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold G Jewelers LLC harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of Offerings.

10. Severability & Governing Law

If any provision is invalid, the remainder shall remain in effect. These Terms are governed by Missouri law without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
